"As stated to the customer this is a visual inspection only. Pictures show filter was in at time of inspection. Ceiling water damage was noted on report along with the slider hard to operate and the bath tub faucets not tight and leaking. All these deficiencies were noted in the reports. Not sure if the reports were read in there entirety."
