I have been using this company for years, but I realized they are more interested in making money on repairs then the pool service, so they dropped my service because I wanted to replaced my own salt cell, and acid wash the pool, they charged $1089 for cell, which you can buy for $700, and it takes five minutes to install and calibrate, they also wanted $1800 to acid wash a very small pool, which would take a couple of hours, I get the pool has to be drain and filled, and salt and chemicals added , but this doesn?t take much time. Furthermore, check your salt levels, my pool was literally Out of Range of a meter, this caused major corrosion on the pump and light fixtures, so I had to drain half the water to get the salinity to normal levels.

Regal supplied a replacement pool and spa heater and installed it professionally. After a few weeks, the heater did not heat the spa and they said It worked when we left so you must have done something to it and refused to come and attend to the problem. Seems they are more interested in being right than to have a satisfied and happy customer. Suggest you try someone else.

I was very happy with the level of service provided. Nicolas came out twice, both times on schedule. He made the 3 repairs that we had discussed the first time he was out. One major and the other 2 minor. So many times with other service people, the minor repairs would have been neglected. We are going to retain Regal as our ongoing pool service/maintenance company.

Nicolas arrived on time & was extremely professional & experienced with everything involved with the pool and spa. We were very impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain our complicated old system. He was able to solve our problem & had suggestions for updating our system. It s a relatively new relationship. But I can say this....Nicolas has total integrity. I rarely come across this level of honesty and integrity in life. We are grateful that we found him to fix and take care off our pool, heater and waterfall. He is knowledgeable, professional, keeps in great communication, and keeps his word. What more can you ask!

The owner of the company came to my house to look at our equipment and tried to determine why our pump was shorting out. He did not try to sell me a new one but rather got it running again temporarily. I texted him after it shorted out again and told him I wanted to replace it with a better model since ours was old and no longer working. He arrived a couple days later and replumbed the badly set up pipes and installed the new pump. He made sure everything was working perfectly and explained aspects of the equipment that no prior pool service bothered to explain. I was very happy with Nicolas. He was professional, prompt and no BS. I highly recommend this company.

Regal did not fix my pool heater and they are demanding payment of $498.34. They claim my gas flow is the problem. The heater worked for two years with the existing gas flow. I had to hire another contractor.
