They gave me a date for installing a Mitsubishi split system, called to tell me they could do the job at an earlier date, which I took. They arrived on time, did a very neat install, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I knew how to operate everything before they left. They did a very professional job, were very courteous, and I would highly recommend them.

Terrible HVAC company!!! There's a reason that they get 2 stars on here. Dealt with them for multiple residential and commercial projects over the past year. Never again. Horrible experience. Bunch of liars from the top (Terry and Matt Regan) to the bottom. Way overpriced and the work is terrible. Got quotes nearly half the price yet I still went with them. I even used them after my residential installation because I thought the commercial side may be better. Big mistake! Been lied to on every project that I've had with them in the past year. While every installation or maintenance call has been horrendous and time consuming. After spending over 25k with them, I had the nerve to question a $700 inspection bill which I never signed a contract and was never explained to me before we started. After questioning the bill, the owner called me a deadbeat and threatened a lien on my property. This is after I paid them over 25k!!! Then the owner brags to me that he likes to place deadbeat signs on customer s front lawn. Against my lawyer s advice, I paid the bill only to be insulted further by the owner. Much better HVAC companies out there who actually treat their customers with respect. And you won't pay double the amount for inferior work.

Gas Heating and Furnace Service
No follow-up just left me hanging. I had to track them down. I asked but they would not itemize the project cost they simply gave one price. Installation time was excessive compared to others. Regan quoted 24 man-hours compared to 4 man-hours from others.
