Plumbing for a Remodel or Addition - Install
The job was estimated to take 3-4 hours to complete, with the plummer getting paid by the hour. The plummer took an hour off at noon-time, "to get parts". At the end of the job, 5 1/2 hours later, he sat in his truck for 30 minutes, exactly to the 6 hour mark. I was charged for 6 hours of labor. Then, the facet that he installed didn't work correctly. When I called him back to fix it, he charged me a dispatch fee, and an hour of labor, even though it took him only 15 minutes to fix. I questioned the cost, but he insisted that "it worked fine when he left". Would never hire this company again!

Outstanding! We had a plumbing leak on Dec 26th---and this company responded to our request for service within minutes!!!! Even better--the pricing was explained over the phone, and he arrived within the hour. After assessing the situation, it was fixed immediately, and he made several recommendations that would help us out in the future. Pricing for the repair was most reasonable, and we will use this company for every single plumbing need in our future. We highly recommend this company.
