We contacted numerous top-rated electrician/service providers via Yelp and Home Advisor for an electric panel upgrade project. Most companies responded immediately, but lacked follow up after the intial, generic quote delivery. Steve @ Regency-Pacific was prompt in his response and super diligent in following up on questions on pricing and schedule, which set them apart from the rest. Highly recommend.

Good

Power went out to our garage. I called Regency-Pacific and they were able to come out in 20 minutes. The tech was very professional and upfront about the cost. He was able to find the problem quickly and restore power.

Steven was very professional and down to earth. kept me in the loop thru the whole process. Was confident he would deliver a good product, and he did. I want to thank his coworker Ron too for also helping us have a very good experience (considering).

Good customer service and honest

If you are putting off your project because you are worried about choosing the right guy (like I was) then wait no more - Steve was great! He was friendly, obviously experienced and professional - and best of all he was not just on time but early to each of our appointments. I have a few more projects and happy I don't need to look for an electrician any more - I'll be calling Steve again.

An electrician was on time and very professional

Within 15 minutes of placing a request on Homeadvisor.com I received a call. Had a discussion on what my problem was and requested that an electrician take care of it. I was quoted a time the electrician would be at my place and he arrived as quoted. Very friendly. The electrician that took care of my electrical need was Michael. Michael was very friendly and explained in detail what the problem was and what he recommended to fix it. There was no pressure. I agreed to his recommendation. Michael stayed and worked at fixing the problem until he was at a point to where he needed some additional fixtures that he did not have with him. He got our power up and running and returned the next day to finish. He arrived earlier than he quoted the evening before and completed the job. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Regency-Pacific.
