Great Job...Floors look new.

They did a great job. It was done in two days. The guys were very friendly and the floors look great!

Very knowledgable. Had a little trouble with them returning calls promptly, but otherwsie they were very pleasant to work with. The floors were done ahead of schedule, and they turned out great. We'll be calling them back for the next project.

Price was very good. The use of a phone answering service that knew nothing was very annoying. Messages got lost and confused.

We had a very good experience with this company. Not only did they do nice work, the owner was very accommodating and wanted to make sure he did the job exactly how we wanted it done. He was very helpful with stain color suggestions and very knowledgeable about how we could achieve the look we desired. We would definately use them again. In fact, I have already recommended them to several people.

I really appreciated that Jim didn't talk us into any service we didn't need. He said our floors were in great shape and offered several options for the minor fixes we did need. He was professional, courteous, and straightforward.

Regency convinced us that their customer service and quality of product was unmatched in the Twin Cities. We had a terrible experience. They installed hardwood floors throughout the main floor of our new home with no regard for our property. Our front lawn was littered with wood pieces, cigarette butts and sawdust. Major project ruminants was left behind. Our dishwasher is no longer properly installed because they pulled it out. Baseboard in the kitchen was discarded. In less than a years time, our floor is now peeling and is extremely dangerous. My husband got a 6' chard of wood in his foot two days ago. Regency has yet to return my calls.

The guys from Regency just finished my floors and I am ecstatic. There were a couple areas that they didn't know they could get out (so they say), but they worked their magic and WHALA!!!! They were very prompt, very clean, and very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going with this company; the floors are immaculate. I just can't wait for my husband to see this. Regency Floors did a very good job. They showed up when they said they would and had the job done in just two days like they said they would. The only thing I would suggest is that some kindof instruction pamplet be left so that the customer knows how long not to walk on the floor, how long to keep furniture, rugs, etc off the floor. Also, instructions on how to clean the floor and how long to wait. Just alot of unanswered questions. I'm sure Jim, our sales person, did review all this with us at the time he gave us the estimate but there was about 4 weeks from that time untilt he floor was actually done so alot was forgotten. Thanks

Jim, the sales representative has a lot of experience and knowledge of the business which made us feel very comfortable and that we could trust the quality of the work. The crew that did the actual work were wonderful, polite, professional, and the floors look great. Our only disappointments came from communication issues with the owner of the company. There were scheduling errors and misunderstandings as well as lost credit card information.

As part of a kitchen remodel, Regency Wood Floors refinished our existing wood floors in the hallway and kitchen area. Replacement of some floor boards was also undertaken. I am truly happy with the result - the floors look great! Regency was professional, timely, tidy and flexible.

Our floors look great!

Jim was as professional as they come. They resolved a couple issues of being over zealous with the varnish that they immediately fixed. All staff were very courteous. The only problem that I had was one of the workers lied to Jim and said that we (the homeowner) put in a piece of wood, in the doorway area, too short. But it was their workers that shorted themselves. My husband was able to put in a piece of corner-round to make up for their mistake. When all was said and done, we were happy with the results.

Jim was excellent to work with, very communicative, and followed through on his quotes and estimates.

They followed up after the bid. They showed up when they said they would and the job was done in a very professional manner. The guys who did the work were very nice and professional and answered all of our questions.

The floors are beautiful! They did quality work in a timely manner and we would recommend them. We would hire them again.
