Severe water damage required extensive restorative work in bathroom and adjoining bedroom. Leak repairs, wall and ceiling repairs, floor replacement and more required. Work was fast and of high quality. Friendly people.

I had a satisfactory experience with the work that they provided and services they committed to overall but want to give a special shout out to one of their technicians Sherry who went above and beyond in completing all of the work that needed to be done and addressing the questions that I had and making sure that I got covered on everything that needed to be repaired or removed and was very informative and communication was more than anyone could have expected and she was very compassionate and detailed every step of the way. Hired Regent after we experience fire damage in our home. They have been so helpful in not only helping us get our life back together but in repairing everything that we lost and making sure everything was accounted for when it came time to deal with the insurance company. This has been a very hard process for us as you can imageine, but they have, helped us so much. Thank you so much to Jeff, Anthony, and Lachel and Sara and Alma. Great experience overall with Regent Restoration. There were some slip ups when it came to scheduling, but we got that resolved quickly. Happy with how quickly they were able to dry my home after a ice maker leak. Mike W. was also fantastic when it came time to repairs and re-painting.

Very courteous and helpful crew from the people answering the phones to the men who came to our house. We had a shower pan crack that caused some damage to our walls and flooring and they were able to fix it and get everything dry. Also helpful when it came to filing all the paperwork for the insurance.

Really enjoyed working with Chris. My family doesnâ t speak much English and he accommodated them as much as possible and made my job a lot easier if being the designated translator. Everybody was very professional when they were inside my parents home and very caring.

Hired them to cleanup one of my properties after a tenant had a drain line issue. I couldnt be there to overlook everything but Chris kept me updated from start to finish. He even helped me get setup with financing, as I didnt want to make another claim under my insurance. Tenant was happy as well with the openness and promptness. We were lucky to have Regent Recovery do our emergency water removal and work in our house because they were very booked with clients We had such extensive damage from our floors to baseboards to cabinets to furniture just on and on. The workers from their company helped us with this extensive job and not only do the services to make our home livable but keep us safe when we came for updates and discussions etc. They were all very professional and informative and patient with us as we were just panicked with the damages and repairs needed. When we came home to a burst pipe and a completely flooded first floor, we panicked. Weâ ve never had to deal with something like this before. I came home from a long day at work to find the whole first floor of my house flooded with 2 inches of waterâ ¦ I called Regent and the dispatcher was incredibly sweet (calming me down in my state of panic) and they were super quick to respond. I've worked with this company for both my personal home and business office and they are on-time, very efficient and informative throughout the process. Chris, one of the supervisors, was the go-to guy for when I had a flood at the office and he was very on top of the project and did a superb job at communicating the progress of the drying with me. Would strongly recommend to anyone in need of their services.

We had Allen come out to look at some water damage in our home and provide us with a quote. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing that first day and over the course of the next few days. He always let me know in advance before taking certain steps (e.g. moving the fridge, removing parts of the carpeting , etc.). Iâ ve never dealt with anything like this before so it was really nice to have someone who was willing to guide me through the process step by step. There were a few times he was running a bit behind schedule, but he always let me know ahead of time and managed to usually arrive close to the end of the estimated appointment timeframe.

Regent Restoration has been a pleasure to work with. The coordinator, I believe his name is Andres, kept me informed throughout the process, and the workers always let me know when they were arriving and were very flexible with accommodating my schedule. The water crew worked until almost 8:30 pm the first day and came back early to finish drying the next few days in order to give me some quiet time while I hosted a zoom conference. Wonderful service!

Great to work with. Ernesto is a gem and his co workers did an awesome job making sure our home was taken care of after an incident with our dishwasher. The whole team from the front end to the back end was friendly, responsive and professional when working with us. We are very satisfied with our Regent experience.

This company was horrible. From them not having any respect for the family that lives in the house to there lack of experienced techs. They removed drywall flooring, and base boards. The dry wall was cut from 22 to 26 inches. They could have at least made it a straight line. The moldings around the doors where snapped in half. They could have removed them all the way. Even the flooring was just snapped in half. They did no water removal or clean up (I bet they charged for it) They even left 10 bags of trash that I had to get rid of. No communication was had. They showed up whenever they wanted and changed people out multiple times. Charged me 7000.00. Oh and brought fans on the last day of the job. I will be going over their paper work with the insurance company. Luckily I took pics and logged everything down. Do not waist your time with this company.

Earl and the other techs reached right on time at my place to help me out with the flooded crawl space. Quick and professional are the words that define their service. Plus, they took extra safety measures in regards to COVID. Great experience!ð

The team from Regent Restoration was great. Showed up on time as scheduled and did a thorough job cleaning up and repairing a ceiling water leak. Fonz was very professional and provided a lot of great advice and follow up. A + team!

Did a lot of research before I settled on Regent Restoration, so I felt comfortable when hiring them and they did not let me down. We recently had some fire and smoke damage in our home after a grease fire and they did a great job with the smoke remediation and re-installing our new cabinets. The workers were highly skilled, professional, and were very courteous with our belongings.

Regent Restoration came to our house to look at our water damage issues (leak damaged our wood floors and also spread to the subfloor and baseboards) and gave me an honest assessment. I would not hesitate to use them again. They were extremely detailed in their explanation of what would happen. Each phase of the process, from the water cleanup to the drying to the repairs was handled very professionally and their workmanship is impeccable. My floors look great. I cannot recommend them enough.

Be aware they will bill you additional charges after you already paid your balance.

I wish I was directed to this company in the beginnings instead of going through 2 other contractors. They jumped right on top of the problem from the moment we hired them and they did great work. The drying was done in 4 days and every issue I had about the restoration project was addressed quickly. Will definitely use them again in the future if the need aises.

They tried to charge the insurance company $2k per day for 10 days to dry wooden floors and lower walls in two rooms which needed to be replaced anyway. Lesson: replace vs. restore plywood, particle board and drywall.

Great job from this company and all of their employee's!

A portion of the hardwood flooring in the kitchen was damaged by a sizable water leak and Regent Restoration did a beautiful job of detecting and replacing the damaged wood. This was a massive job requiring all connected portions of the wood flooring to be re-sanded and re-stained. This was a BIG job and it did take some time, as there is a curing period associated with this effort to allow the new wood to acclimate to the new environment; nevertheless, Regent did it as quickly as was humanly possible. The new floor looked wonderful and you can't see any difference between the old and the new wood. Amazing! The only negative was that the coordination person quit the company about two-thirds of the way through the job and this caused a bit of confusion toward the end. This is not uncommon -- it's a hopping economy out there right now with people moving around and becoming entrepreneurs!
