They tried to charge the insurance company $2k per day for 10 days to dry wooden floors and lower walls in two rooms which needed to be replaced anyway. Lesson: replace vs. restore plywood, particle board and drywall.

A portion of the hardwood flooring in the kitchen was damaged by a sizable water leak and Regent Restoration did a beautiful job of detecting and replacing the damaged wood. This was a massive job requiring all connected portions of the wood flooring to be re-sanded and re-stained. This was a BIG job and it did take some time, as there is a curing period associated with this effort to allow the new wood to acclimate to the new environment; nevertheless, Regent did it as quickly as was humanly possible. The new floor looked wonderful and you can't see any difference between the old and the new wood. Amazing! The only negative was that the coordination person quit the company about two-thirds of the way through the job and this caused a bit of confusion toward the end. This is not uncommon -- it's a hopping economy out there right now with people moving around and becoming entrepreneurs!

Better off hiring your own floor repair person that will do it all. They hit me up for over $1,100 just to pull up 9 planks of laminate and dry it out with fans. When that was finished after two days, they wanted to schedule another appointment to replace the planks and charge more money. That's when I stopped them and called my own floor people. Much cheaper. Will not get caught up in this company again. Way overpriced.

He removed 2 planks and my crown molding the guy's name was earl. i was not impressed with them they overcharged me for a small job.

This company was able to provide drying out services after we had a pipe break. The cost, I think was too high, but we paid it. My mistake was hiring them to also do the re-build work of installing new flooring which included some bamboo and some carpet, plus a new bath vanity and some painting and baseboard replacement. Not a huge job - but it's has been over 2 months and they STILL have not completed the work. I have been lied to and strung along and ignored from the outset and I am absolutely furious. I would not recommend this company if they were the last "construction" company on earth. Do yourself a favor, hire someone else!

They were very responsive and did a great job. There was a slight discrepancy on the invoice which took over a week to get revised, but they did revise it. There were several people involved and the communication between them could've been a little better.

I hired this company based on excellent reviews on Home Advisor and Angies List and an A Rating from BBB. In retrospect I realize that the reviews were for work done by the company before 2015. My recent experience with the company was very different. The Emergency/Mitigation services were very good. The company employees were competent and respectful. However the Reconstruction and Restoration portion of the work can only be described as an absolute disaster. The project manager was slow to respond to issues and when he finally did respond it was in an arrogant, condescending and mostly non-responsive manner. I'm not sure if he was incompetent or totally disinterested and disengaged from the work. Just do yourself a favor and don't hire Regent Restoration.

The man who came out did not remove all the wet carpet, causing irreparable damage to an entire wall of the base cabinets. The repair man said to buy new cabinets and send the company the bill. We did that. The management of the company called us and refused to reimburse the $614.00. The management spoke so rude to my husband, who by the way, is a wheelchair bound veteran.

I highly recommend Regent Reconstruction. They arrived within 2 hours from my initial call, inspected the damage and started the restoration due to an undetected water leak. I feel confident that all problems were addressed to my complete satisfaction and I will definitely call Regent Reconstruction if ever needed in the future.
