Lonnie and his crew worked in the worst heat!!! They finished in a timely manner.Our fence is strong solid and we love it! Lonnie had several good ideas! Can’t thank Angi enough for finding them!!!!

Had Lonnie install a chain link fence on the property line between our home and a commercial neighbor. We had a significant problem with the customers of the commercial neighbor trespassing on our property and even coming up to our home. Lonnie was aware of this safety concern and as soon as the permit was granted he came out and started working. The fence is incredible and we have not had a single trespasser since the fence was installed. Would recommend this company to anyone! Amazing work and an incredible owner!

Hired reginal maintenance to repair our wooden privacy fence and fabricate new gates. Very professional people, started on time and completed on time with our total satisfaction. I am very pleased with my new screened in porch. It is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Lonnie was communicative through the entire project and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He and his assistant, Henry, paid attention to every detail, discussed various options with me, and also educated me along the way so that I was completely at ease with the process. As an added bonus, my cat got some great perches! They were very professional and conscientious. I did not have to lift a finger to clean anything up. My garage looks better now than it did before they started! I can't say enough good things about Lonnie and Henry. It was a pleasure having them around! I can't say enough about the excellent job the guys did, from initial planning through to clean up after the removal of an old boundary fence and quick installation of a new one. Driveway repairs and some shrubbery trimming were also carefully handled and thoroughly cleaned up, hauled away, etc. It looks great and I would definitely recommend their work.

Lonnie was very professional throughout. He and the guy who worked with him did a great job removing my old chain link fence, and installing the new vinyl fence. The results look great. I had about 150 feet of fencing, including two single gates and a double gate. With all the wet weather, the ground was a complete swamp, but the crew managed. Lonnie kept me informed almost every step of the way, and his pricing was fair and competitive. I wouldn t hesitate to hire him again.

I am absolutely in love with my new deck, steps and walkway. I had pictured what I wanted and RMS totally exceeded my expectations.
