One of only a few guys who provide thatching, blowing, and overseeding. If I didn’t already contract someone to work on my lawn this year, I would’ve picked these guys. The guys I have doing my lawn this year doesn’t do any of this. RPM did a great job. Will be using them next year for everything.

Rich and his crew are great. They installed a beautiful new front porch stone patio and walkway. They also replaced a lot of old rotted out wood on my house, and always made me feel safe and confident in their workmanship. I will continue to use their services on future projects.

I have been using Regional Property Maintenance for my landscaping for about a year now and am very happy with the service. The owner, Rich is very professional and responds to your requests quickly and efficiently. They have also completed my spring and fall cleaning up as well as stump removals. He is very reasonable and always available to offer suggestions if needed. I will continue to use them for all my landscaping needs in the future including some other projects this spring for tree removal, repair of my vegetable garden and new entranceway landscaping. I highly recommend!

Rich and his crew are such a pleasure to work with! Very pleasant and always smiling. He is easy to reach, quick to reply and to return phone calls. We have a large property with multiple dwellings, and our driveway is not an easy one to plow... but Rich does an excellent job at a fair price. Our driveway is always plowed before anyone has to leave for work and if we need to have salt spread- he is here within the hour. I am very glad we found them two years ago and plan on using them again next year as well.

Wonderfully. They are always here when they say they will be here and do a very good job. They are polite and friendly. We highly recommend them. We also had two very large sink holes in the backyard. Asked them to take care of it and the yard looks like the holes were never there.

This is our first year with Richard and his crew. They were wonderful. If I needed anything extra or had additional things to be done he was quick to respond. He always let us know if there was a change in scheduled weekly maintenance due to weather etc. We want him back in the Spring. ?

Rich is THE best! We hire him on a regular basis. I don’t trust anyone else! He does a beautiful job on my lawn as well as plowing. I have a very difficult driveway to plow and he has been the only one in all of these years to do it right and to be mindful of my water well which is in the middle of two connected driveways. He also installed a beautiful new mailbox for us!

Richard did my entire Fall cleanup including gutters. The cleanup included a lot of cutting back of brush as well. He did an excellent job and made sure I was pleased with each section of the property prior to moving to the next. He was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend!
