Boris and his assistant did not properly ventilate the bathroom when reglazing the bathroom tiles. They filled my apartment with smoke and strong chemical fumes that went out into the hall of my apartment building and also set off the smoke alarm and leaving a fine layer of white reglazing dust everywhere. I was really scared they were going to set the place on fire. Neither one spoke English very well and I was trying to communicate with them through Google translate to stop. The mask Boris wore clearly did not protect him because when he took it off he had the white reglazing film all over his mouth meaning he was inhaling chemicals. I was really horrified. When they finished they tore off the paper too soon peeling some of the reglazing and then leaving the tape on the pipes behind the sink and toilet. So definitely NEVER recommending this business or hiring them again.

Not every company can re-glaze a black tub. The tub was white at purchase and then black matte when first done. Marcos, the rep who works specifically with this shade (among others), applied a smooth, high gloss black finish that looks wonderful on this style of Japanese soaker tub! Just like the woman over the phone who told me about the process, he was very professional, advised me on what the steps would be and was efficient at getting the job done. I would highly recommend them.

They did a wonderful job... especially after having to strip off the poor work that another company did to 2 of my tubs; and then having to re-glaze over both of those tubs. I was very pleased by the amount of time taken to complete the job; and by the high quality of work done. I would definitely recommend this company.
