I was very pleased with Regnier Concretes work. Jeff Smith came out within a day of when I called. The job was done ahead of schedule, and the price was very reasonable.

Real smooth experience from setting up the estimate to the finished product. I was in touch with Jeff Smith quite a bit and he was very accommodating to my specific requests. I am very satisfied with the whole process (price, work, communication with both Jeff and the crew). The concrete crew were very friendly, detail oriented, and took every precaution to protect the grass around the patio. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with concrete needs. I have already recommended them to other neighbors and friends.

Out Standing professional ! Would Recommend to any one.

The owner is actually Jeff Smith. There is poor communication between jeff, who gave us the estimate, and the workers who did the install of our patio/dog run. It was not done as we requested or expected. It was not flush to the ground. There is a step outside each gate. The original steps were pounded out and repoured at a slant so they weren't so big. We should have had him pound out the entire patio and do it the way we wanted. We will not recommend him to anyone

They did a great job but they could use some improvement on their communication. I had to stay on top of them to get them to do this job.

We had a totally pleasant experience with Regnier Concrete - from beginning (sales call) to end (completion of project.) Our sales rep answered all our questions and the crew that did the installation was excellent. They were on time every day, courteous, answered questions, made smart suggestions and ideas, worked until the project was completed each day and cleaned up more than thoroughly. For concrete work that's saying something! We would highly recommend Regnier Concrete to anyone interested in installing a concrete patio with a stamped concrete border, which was the project we hired them for.

Jeff from Regnier came the day after I called him to the house to measure and give us a good estimate. We communicated through emails and his cell phone and arranged for Regnier to do the work. They came out and removed all 700+ square feet of driveway and hauled it all away by the next day. They ran into a problem when they removed the concrete, as the old concrete was very irregular in spots and some areas has a base of pea gravel, others sand, and other areas it appeared had no base at all. Jeff dealt with the problem and still laid the base quickly the next day so that he was able to get the inspector out for his blessing in time to finish our project in a matter of a few days. Jeff and his crew really did a terrific job, and one of the problems with the old driveway was that it allowed rainwater to seep into our crawlspace. No more of that...The area where water came in now is free of pooling water and runs away from our foundation assuring a dry crawlspace..Not to mention how a lovely new driveway adds to the appearance of the house. I wish we would have had this done sooner, but we weren't sure of a concrete contractor and are thrilled we found Service Magic too! Thank you Regnier for a job very well done, that we will enjoy maintenance free for many years to come. Its made a big difference in our lives.
