Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Needed to have some carpeting removed and tile laid down. they arrived right on time and got to work. The workmanship was excellent and finished in a timely manner. Was able to take care of down payment and final payment through Quickbooks making it very simple. They even showed what was wrong with the family vacuum cleaner and why there was no suction.

I love my fence! It is beautiful, built very well, and was completed quickly and professionally. Rehab Renovations gave me a competitive quote and the staff was courteous and professional. They also gave clever design advice - I initially wanted the fence done a certain way and their recommendation was really the smarter way to do it, so I rehired them to rebuild it per their initial advice and am very pleased with the results. I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects! Thank you, Rehab Renovations!

Do not pay upfront! He will take your money, possibly do some decent work, and then leave your job unfinished and then hide from your calls, texts, emails, and mail. He will give you the run around like “you must have my old number “ and “they sent the wrong materials and we had to reorder” or “it’s been back ordered.” They remodeled my basement and it looks pretty good, however, he left four large holes around my basement widows with piles of dirt still there on my patios since July 2017. It is now May 2018. He has been paid to finish these window wells and will not respond to any calls or messaging. He also has not paid the plumber or the flooring company which I already paid him for months ago. He will not return their calls either. This is straight theft! Beware!

Excellent work quality. When you make an appointment with Brian, he will be there. Very dependable.

I visited Home Advisor's website on Saturday needing my garage door fixed ASAP as I was going on vacation Tuesday. The earliest appointment available was Monday, so I took it. About 15 minutes later I received a call from Brian stating he could come out today if I needed him to. I did. He did. His work was fast, correct, and completed very professionally. I can't say enough good about him and his company. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job, big or small.

I had an old slider and they found a lock that could be made to fit. Took some time but it works and looks nice.

I had to reschedule due to a conflictinjg engagement. They showed up as promised and went right to work replacing the motor that controls the garage door. They worked right straight through until thejob was done and were quite professional in getting it done right.

I hired a contractor to install 2 doors and some gravel in my home. He was unprofessional, and told me he had gotten permits from the city to do building work, and I called the city and there was no record of that permit. He won't return my calls, and he promised to refund my money, and I am still waiting on that.

Some communications issues re scheduling. Still waiting for some materials to arrive. Friendly, professional, experienced and hard working. Recommend. Would hire again.

Brian and his team did a great job. It is often hard to find someone who is willing to do the small jobs. What often happens (with us) is that there are a series of small jobs so that there is a fair amount of work overall. I don't want to wait around for several different service providers to show up (or more typically, not) to get the jobs done. Glad to have found Brian and Rehab Renovations.

I had a slow leak from my upstairs bathroom that caused the ceiling drywall to get soggy and allowed mold to take root. Bryan and his crew were efficient and very professional in both the diagnosis, repair, and cleanup parts of this project. He was able to communicate with me and keep me informed during every stage of the repair. And the prices are quite competitive. It was a pleasure to work with these guys and they are my #1 pick next time I need some work done.

Replaced a toilet. Brought the new toilet with them and took the old toilet away. WOW.

I am so thankful to have found a company that provides professional services for both small and large home repair/ improvement projects at a reasonable price. The owner Bryan Voelker was prompt in responding to my request for an installation of a pet door and sent out one of his employees that day. The young man that installed the pet door was friendly, professional & efficient. The most important attribute was his patience, acceptance and humor with both myself and my dog overlooking his every move! I not only recommend them, but they will be # 1 on my list to call for my next project.
