"The dirt we took out was saturated due to a spring head . We left the sides high intentionally so water would not run off where fresh fill dirt was to prevent erosion. Which would have been cut after it dried out and final grade was done. We were paid to clear huge trees/boulders cut for foundation NOT FINAL GRADE The only erosion on the property was called from water running out of the downspouts . I explained the process, many times but he never remembered our conversations."
