I do not think he did two coats of paint like he said he did. Some is bleeding through. He told me he would walk around the house when he was through to make sure he did not miss anything. I trusted him and sent my daughter out with the other half of the bill and he was not through. He missed alot and when I texted him on this several times he ignored me and it was obvious he was ignoring me and he had no intentions of coming back and finishing the job. The shed attached to the house was not finished, the front post holding up the carport was never painted, a spot above my daughters window on the house was not done. I never went out and expected the job, I trusted him. I will never recommend him to anyone. I am a single 75 year old women and he took advantage of me.

Fantastic experience. Alex quoted me an estimate for minor roof repair. He arrived promptly, fixed the roof, explained future needs and the repair was for the amount quoted. No high pressure sales pitch and explained my best option in the future was actually the least expensive one. He was courteous, professional and honest. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What an outstanding customer experience this was! This contractor was very friendly, honest , self sufficient & very detail oriented. He had multi projects which included Power-washing the house, Exterior painting & Stain work, Interior cabinet touch ups, Roofing repairs and he added clear coating to Sunroom walls to protect them. Such a kind man to work with and he always kept us updated and in the loop. The work was beyond expectations! Looking forward to hiring Alex again for our next project! Excellent Work!!!

Alex was terrific. He fixed and repainted my ceilings. He was very considerate. He wore mask and put on his shoes cover the entire time working inside the house. He also patched up a few other spots that is not part of the original quote for free. I would definitely use Alex for future projects.

We needed our roof repaired or replaced due to a leak. I contacted Alex at Reid's Home Improvements for an estimated. Alex was awarded the roofing repair and finished it within the stated timeline promised. This company was Very Professional, Precise and Pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend this company for improvements.
