Had them come for a service/check unit out to prevent brake down during heat of season. They not only serviced entire unit but found and explained probable problem. I.e, coils were completely rusted at bottom and fins flaking. It was replaced with a more efficient unit with higher airflow. They checked air quality prior to service/repairs and again on completion of work. They provided me with a copy and retained a copy for future reference. Home cooled twice a fast after work was completed.

I found both gentlemen to be honest and knowledgeable. We did the yearly contract so that says a lot for us. So far we are pleased and the air quality seems great as I have allergies and can tell quite a difference. I would recommend Reids Quality Service.

Highly recommended! Professional and honest. Extremely great work. Air quality 110% better after the A/C and Heating vents were cleaned. Responded to info request fast. Excellent job!
