John is very thorough revealing all areas of concerned but not alarming. And he had plenty of photos pointing out all the issues he found. John is so pleasant and very knowledgeable and he answered all of my questions and concerns. John has a background in construction and that gives him great insight into how the defects may affect the home over time. Knowing the true condition of the home makes a purchasing decision much easier. I highly recommend John without any hesitation.

We were very fortunate that we hired the right electrician. John took pictures as he went through the entire house and discovered that most of the outlets were either not functional or wired incorrectly. It was a fire hazard. Everything is now done to code. If you're purchasing a fixer-upper I highly recommend having the wiring looked at. You just don't know if a prior owner did his own electricial work and if it was to code. Money well spent.
