John the owner came by and we did a walkthrough of the projects and he offered suggestions as well. I needed small odd jobs done: Dog gate installed,deck debris removed and shed doors secured. John did the work as scheduled,on budget and delivered on what he said he would. He is a local resident,knows the area and is a family man. And, they were kind and generous in their suggestions for my next projects already planned with them.
