Reimagine Roofing started project of spraying foam on metal roof and coating in July 2025. Today is Nov 16, 2025, and they still haven't done it right. It leaked so bad when it rained it caused problems with lights. Commutation is terrible. We have called customer service several times and still the issue has not been resolved. We are very disappointed that we hired them I would not encourage anyone to use them

The new roof $14K roof they installed lasted about a year. I put in a warranty claim. Since I've experienced ongoing issues: ignored calls, missed appointments, broken promises, and rude, dismissive behavior from their staff. I've spent hours trying to reach their VP, who is consistently unavailable. This delay has become critical--I am unable to list my property during peak selling season due to the unresolved roof issues. The level of service I've received is completely unacceptable. This company has shown a pattern of dishonesty, poor communication, and failure to honor their warranty. I have already filed a claim with BBB. Even after that, they show no care whatsoever. I am now considering legal action as the next step. It's been months and they still have not confirmed a time when my roof will be repaired. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIFIC AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY WILL STRESS YOU OUT BEYOND IMAGINATION! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

After nearly 5 months and three different roofing companies who weren't able to fix our roof we found Reimagine Roofing. They came, analyzed our roof and solved the problem. We had hope as soon as Patrick, their project manager, met with us. He listened to our concerns and put together a plan forward after meeting with his team of experts. He kept us posted and sent us pictures every step of the way. I can't begin to thank them enough and would give them two thumbs up if I could.
