Great job! Ron was on the job within 1 day of contacting him. He came and completed the project in less than 45 minutes. I would recommend Ron to anyone in need of home repair's. And I would consider doing business with him in the future.

I was super-impressed when he started the jobs, but he is apparently too busy to follow thru. He replaced a drain pipe fast and perfectly, but couldn't get back to repair insulation around pipes, so I did that myself and I also had to fix the drain basket in the sink to make it stop leaking. I had a leaky tub which is now fixed perfectly. He cancelled a couple appointments and showed up very late . He didn't seem to consider that my time was important. Very unprofessional customer service, but price seemed fair and the work he got done was done good.

Didnt show up or call when said he would. Called that night said he would finish next day. Showed up at 12:30 stayed for 45 minutes and said he would be back at 9:00 next morning. Called at 8:55 said he thought it might rain and would do job on Monday. No rain all day like weatherman predicted!!!!! Told him not to bother.

I have found much fault with Mr. Reis contracting job. First of all he contracted to remove the old roof from my premise and he didn't. Aclose look at the inside of my shed showed me that he put the screws through the roof anywhere he wanted to not lining up the holes they were suppose to go through. Each screw was to be cover by a plastic washer and a nut. It wasn't done. He left his tools in my shed for three days even though his wife told me that his truck had been fixed and he was working. He also has in his possession the plastic washers and nuts that belong to my shed so I can't put them on myself unless I order more. I

Very expensive, charged for material 5 times what he paid for, poor quality.

I needed a same day repair and Reis came through. It was a shower that leaked. Although it took a bit longer than I expected, I received respectful service and was satisfied with the end result. In truth, the reason it took longer than I expected was that the service person had to leave the site and chase down the right part for the repair in Irondequoit. Overall, a positive experience and I would hire again.
