Marco and his team were amazing and I would say Marco is a master craftsman. The way he repaired imperfections in the wood floor was truly something to see. We love our floors. The finish is amazing. Everyone thinks they are new. And Marco fixed every issue we had and made sure to go above and beyond to make us happy. 5 stars.

I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. We met the next day to review stains. (We chose Provincial), and by the late afternoon my floors looked glorious and new!!!! It was unbelievable! I couldn't stop smiling! I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end. They showed up on time every day, worked super hard, cleaned up after themselves, and locked up. Lisa was so quick to respond and helped with everything from stain advice to payment options. She really cares and wants her clients to be happy. Marcos is such a lovely person. He's super talented and knows his trade. He's truly a master craftsman. I highly and without any reservation recommend Reis to anyone who wants to restore their hardwood floors! I want to mention that we had two massive pet stains (left by the previous owners) by the entrance and in the dining room. but Marcos sanded them away brilliantly. There's no sign they were ever there. This company is so honest and fairly priced. Marcos didn't charge me extra for anything! They detailed all costs (we chose the more expensive Bona water based poly)--and I am one extremely happy and satisfied customer! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Communication was a breeze. Both Lisa and Marcos were available by text or cell and were quick to respond. Thank you so much Reis for restoring my faith in honest professionals like YOU! I needed floors stripped down bare for refinishing for a rental property. The floor were in a sad shape then Marcos took care of them. He did over 1000 square feet in four hours. He got out ALL gouges and stains. He left zero dust. And the floors are ready for poly. Fantastic work. Fantastic service. Fantastic price. Highly recommend this company.

I can?t say enough what an amazing job Marcos and his team at Reis Wood Floors did. They were communicative, professional and quick. I had my floors sanded, stained and sealed. After sanding Marcos made sure to show me all the stain options I chose on the actual floor. So I can see how they would look. The whole process took a week. As a first time homeowner, I?m ecstatic that I found such a great company. I?m in love with my new floors, and already have plans on hiring them for another floor project.

Marcos and his team did an amazing job on our floors. We honestly didnâ t realize our floors could look this good again. Practically brand new. They were very accommodating to changes we wanted done and they completed the job in the time frame they gave us. Customer service was also great. The craftsmanship of their work is the best I ve seen. They are very knowledgeable, great listeners and make good suggestions. My installation was done in one day and I m very satisfied.

Prompt, courteous, and quality work. I had some concerns with some dripsdrops in the finish. Marcos repaired it no questions asked. He has a high concern for his reputation. Wants total satisfaction. Nice guy too.
