I don't like to poorly rate anyone's business, so prior to leaving this review, I emailed Glenn, giving him ample time to respond. (I believe 4-5 days) He showed up quite late and after telling me several times how different his service was from any other in the city, it appeared to be the exact same as the services I've used in the past. I was told not to walk on it with shoes, yet he walked on my carpets while cleaning them in tennis shoes. What? It took 3 days to dry after I followed his instructions. I was told 24-hours with the level of suction he used. (Maybe more depending on humidity, but I ran fans) I told him there was ONE pet stain I needed specifically treated and he spent no more time on that than he did the rest of the room. He did tell me the odor might not come up but the stain should. It looks the exact same as after I cleaned with my own machine. Lastly, I did not know until he walked into my home that he did not take credit. I had to run tip the bank, leaving him in my home. All in all, it was not the professional experience I had hoped for. $150 for the hour he spent I my home was not worth it and I feel cheated. Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt of contacting him privately.

"This is my first complaint in over 2 years ! please read the rest of my reviews to get a truthful and accurate assessment of my work quality and customer service , As for her comments ? I would love to take the high road ! But it's a matter of principle and I'm very mad about her dishonesty !!! And the lack of results and effort from HomeAdvisor to investigate and correct this issue , MY credibility is in the 105 5 star ratings I've received from very satisfied customers ! If this was an honest complaint? I'd unconditionally stand behind the work I've done , reservice and or refund the customer, due to her dishonesty... I will not !"

"He must not believe in giving a perfect 5 stars , I did 3 extra rooms for free , stayed till 9:00 pm to finish be cause he was anxious to get house prepared for realtor and even offered next day service , that's ok I truly appreciate his business it was a big job , he was very nice and I'd like to work with him again but if anyone received 5+star service ?!? It was this customer above most others , absolutely no hard feeling Gary and thanks again but I expected 5 stars"

Tile & Grout Cleaning
Glenn responded promptly to my request for a quote via HomeAdvisor. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, he was a bit late, but since he was coming from the other side of town and considering all the construction, AND the fact that he kept me informed about the delay made that a non issue. There was A LOT of very dirty tile and grout to be cleaned along with a couple of area rugs. Glenn was pleasant and courteous, taking extra time and care with the bad areas on the rug. I would hire him again and would recommend him to friends looking for a tile/grout or carpet cleaning service.

Glenn was very polite and worked very hard, but I think that there was something wrong with his machinery, because after he left, when i walked on the carpets they were soaking wet and even after 24 hours the rugs are still wet. For some reason he didn't extract the water as it should have been done. We have always cleaned our own rugs and they dried within 24 hours. I did not call him about this as I am having company for Easter and do not have time for him to come back. I have just turned up my heat very high in the house with the hope that it will all be dry by tomorrow. Very disappointed. The carpets are all very clean and nice, but too much water remained in the carpet. He should check his equipment.

"I went over many times with the customer what to expect ... and was very clear that her carpets were very neglected ( nearly 15 years without cleaning ) that some areas would take (at least) a day to dry maybe 2 ... I'm very honest and forthcoming and would tell everyone the same , considering that she was very satisfied with the quality and that I corrected nearly 15 years of neglect and it took less than 2 days to dry from the extensive cleaning I had to do ... is exactly what I expected ... she also Acknowledged This everytime I told her"
