"Thank you, Kate. We are always happy to help out, We look forward to our next project together."
"We at Relations Construction came out to look at work needed to be repaired, which was the front door kicked in. We explained that the door should be replaced as it was an older door with handle that is no longer made and would be impossible to make look perfect the way it was splintered. We were told that you didn't want to replace the door, as it's a rental for your daughter. We were asked to glue and fill splintered wood and paint. We repaired reluctantly and only did what was asked of us. We are very sorry you feel it was not exceptional quality work, but we did do what was asked of us. Please feel free to contact us regarding this matter."
