Rick is AWESOME. Heâ s courteous, very responsive, prompt, extremely smart and skilled and meticulous. He replaced a kitchen disposal that was on the kitchen island, and he did it perfectly. He also spent a lot of time researching, diagnosing and repairing my five star gas range and oven! It took a lot of time outside of just doing the work and he did it. These ranges are extremely difficult to work on. He did every bit of the legwork and spent hours outside of the actual repair talking with the company and familiarizing himself with the appliance. The actual repair took a very long time, very tedious and complicated. I was so impressed with him. I felt completely comfortable having him in my home and would have even left him here alone if necessary. He has an engineering background, and he wants to get it exactly correct. I would trust him with any job around the house that I have. I feel very blessed to have found him. I trust him completely, and his prices were very reasonable and competitive. Truly canâ t say enough about Rick. Heâ s very honest and forthcoming as well. Would absolutely recommend him, and if heâ s not familiar with the appliance or specific job, I can assure you he will research it and get it exactly correct!
