Very happy with the service we received

I was a bit skeptical because Re-leaf underbid four other local companies for complete removal of yard gravel, double groundcover and new rock replacement but was very pleased with their quality and efficiency. I watched all aspects of their work and was not disappointed. We had a couple sceduling glitches (one of those being my doing) but overall, can easily recommend Re-leaf.

Problems with the drip system were never addressed as requested. Had to call them back to fix what should have been fixed in the first place. Plants were not placed where we originally agreed to have them placed. Plantings died because they were never watered when they were set in place. I am not a happy customer.

Very disappointed. would not recommend this company. Horrible customer service.

Our original review was not very flattering, but after a very slow start, some quality issues, and lack of returning phone calls, a supervisor named Clayton stepped in and turned things around. He really stuck with it, made all the corrections and got it done. Thank you Clayton.

Although the work was ok, the communication was poor, they never showed up on time, they missed their promised date by two weeks. If you want your project completed in the time frame agreed upon by the vendor pick another company.

There was some degree of failure to communicate in a timely matter and following through on promised responses.

I am reserving judgement for a few months. Most of the gardeners do great for the first month. I will wait and see
