I have had Reliabull out to my new home several times now - installing many ceiling fans, kitchen and dining room lighting, and doing some updates to switches and outlets. I have thrown some curves at them with unconventional fan remote controls and wifi-controlled switches, and Victor has gotten on top of it all and done a professional job of installation. I am not done with Reliabull yet, I have got more projects picked out for the future, and I wouldn't think of using anyone else. They have done good work and have been very flexible about doing things the way I would like. Tommy is easily reachable by email for scheduling. Highly recommended! -Mark

Victor and Omar arrived on time for our appointment. They were very kind and friendly. They replaced three GFI outlets (one in the bathroom, two outside). I had provided one of the GFI outlets. The cost for one hour of labor plus two outlets was $315.

Victor and Omar arrived at my home a few minutes before the appointment, they were efficient in their work, explained everything as they went along and were professional and polite.

Victor and Omar are very thorough, and clean up well after themselves. I was very impressed how quickly and efficiently they moved from item to item knocking it out. When the inspector wanted 3 items changed, Victor got out here within 20 minutes & had those items fixed 20 minutes later so they could be reinspected the same day, keeping the project timeline on schedule.

I am a very busy remodeling contractor in the RDU area. I have used the guys at ReliaBull Electric on seven different jobs. All with different degrees of difficulty. Tommy always figures each one out and gives the very best prices. You could not ask for a better crew to do the work than Victor and Omar. From beginning to end they are completely professional. If you need any electrical work done please call. Tommy came out the next day, priced the project and to my surprise was 50% lower than the other two quotes for the job using the same materials. His superintendant, Victor and helper Omar were here at 9 am as promised, did a great job, total clean up and were super nice to work with. We have another project coming up and we will not call anyone but ReliaBull.

The professionals were great and extremely courteous; my only issue was with the customer service coordinator Doug. There was a lot of back and forth over pricing and I ended up having to pay an additional $90 over the quote for another 30mins of work.

We were so pleased with the work the ReliaBull Electric team did for us the first time that we've just had them back again for a second time. They arrived at the scheduled time , were extremely professional and courteous on both occasions, and we will use ReliaBull for all of our future electrical needs.

They were quick to diagnose the problem, fixed it right away, and were professional in every manner. Next time I have a need for an electrician I would hire them again. I would absolutely recommend them.
