I found Reliability to be a company I could not trust. They initially gave me an estimate for a job that I didn't need. I had unit checked by a different contractor and they found this work was not needed. I would never hire them again.

Service was courteous and professional. The tech rebuilt two toilets. The price was rather steep. All in all it was a good experience.

They arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and gave several options for fixing it. The work was done when they said it would be done and everything is working properly.

They did excellent work. However, they were extremely overpriced, over $200 per man-hour.

They were a little pricey, but it was worth it in the end. They got me hot water back up and running within a day and a half.

They're not pushy salespeople and allowed me to ask questions and pick the best option for me. There were issues that were out of their control, and they worked tirelessly to fix them. We needed a same-day repair due to a leaking pipe that went up behind the wall. The plumber was very knowledgeable and the company offers multiple tiers of service to suit the customer's needs and budget. They came early and finished early, and provided the opportunity for me to inspect throughout. Excellent. Would hire again!

Very expensive!

Everyone I had contact with was polite and helpful. They responded to my request on Angi within minutes. The work was scheduled within 48 hours. They emailed me a picture of the technician who would be coming to do the work. They called me to tell me when the technician was on the way. The plumber was friendly, on time, efficient, polite, and knowledgeable. He was able to fix problems with my shower faucet and water pressure that another plumber was unable to fix. The house was left clean, and he did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied that the problems were resolved. I would definitely hire again.

Over priced!

This company charged $95.00 up front to go out to a tenants apartment to fix a leaking faucet. I specifically told them I just need the washers replaced. I dont need a new faucet. The tech (definitely NOT a plumber) called me from the site and gave an estimate of over $800 to replace the faucet? I declined that crazy estimate. After the tech leaves, my tenant texts me that there is water leaking everywhere. I then get an actual plumber to go out and am told that the tech from Reliability Home took everything apart and then didnt use teflon tape or plumbers dope to put it back together. This is an all metal faucet. Any plumber knows you need to seal the threads. So, I then had to pay the plumber to fix this companies screw up and replace the washers. Under $200 to fix everything. I sent an email requesting my $95.00 back, but they didnt respond. Go Figure!
