the price was great for me every one else was charging to much. when you over charge peoples you lose out. these guys no there stuff. If you need AC installer these guys are the one to call.

Very courteous. Prompt . On time.Wore a mask when he came inside during COVID . I purchased a new outside unit and he came after hours to install it because it was delivered late in day. He actually offered to install a couple of vents in ceiling because they had been damaged during Hurricane Michael and never installed after ceiling repaired. He did so while he was there without any additional cost. His cost was the best of 4 estimates. I will use his maintenance and repair when needed as well. My A/C went out on a Friday. I called a different company to come out to check it. They determined I needed a complete new system. They could not get to it until Monday (UGH!). So they were scheduled to come out on Monday and install it. I suffered through a long hot weekend, and on Monday, they did not show up. I immediately called Reliable Air at 10 am on Monday. Cahn came out around 11:30 am , checked out my system, and verified I needed to replace it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the replacement of my entire system. Cahn and his crew came back at 3 pm that very day and installed a complete new system. By 6 pm, my new system was installed and cooling my house. I can't thank him enough!!! I highly recommend Cahn and his team. They were knowledgeable, professionjal and efficient! And, his rates were very reasonable!
