We were able to get service very quickly. We elected not to fix the machine because multiple parts were broken, and these were expensive parts, but the information provided to us made our decision an easy one. We appreciate knowing we are going down the right road to buy a machine rather than guessing.

We appreciated how quickly the service call was scheduled. The day of the call our repair person arrived on time, probably even a little early, which was great. Later, though we opted not to repair our washer, I felt that the explanation for why it was better to buy new than repair was honest and knowledgeable. I appreciated that they were willing to recommend new versus just taking the business and then having my washer break again in the future (due to its type). I would definitely recommend to others.

Would highly recommend. Great communication, showed up on time / slightly early and texted and called to let me know where he was at the whole time. Told us upfront about the trip fee and an estimate of total cost after he had looked at the appliance.
