Asphalt Sealing
Anthony and crew arrived promptly. He explained exactly what needed to be done and how they would carry out the work. They took great care not to damage the flowers and carefully applied the blacktop with no spillage on tangent areas. The driveway looks brand new and should hold up for years to come. I would definitely hire them again.

Asphalt Sealing
Anthony and Adam asked us if we would be interested in having our driveway sealed after they had finished a neighbor’s driveway. I was initially hesitant, but went over to examine their work and felt like they were legit. They both worked hard in the sweltering heat, and finished quickly and I paid them then agreed upon amount. Our driveway is a non-standard shape and a bit larger than most. In the morning, I noticed some patches that didn’t get coated as evenly and reached back out via text. Anthony responded that he would get them taken care of as soon as the weather gave them an opening. Unfortunately, we then had a weeklong stretch of rain, but when it broke I reached back out to inquire and he was true to his word and came back out the following day to re-touch everything. Responsive and reasonably priced. We will see how it performs!

Asphalt Sealing
We had a great experience with this company! They did an excellent job sealing our driveway and were extremely detailed and professional throughout the process. They were also very expedient, getting everything done and cleaned up in about an hour. What really impressed us was how efficiently they worked without sacrificing quality. They even took care of our neighbor’s driveway while they were here, which was an added bonus. The driveway looks fantastic, and we would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service!

Anthony and his crew were fast and efficient. A second application was needed due to the lack of maintenance on our part and he came out 3 days later, applied the second coat no questions asked. Hands down would use Anthony's services again in the future.

Asphalt Sealing
Anthony and his "helper" came out in January of this year and I hired them to seal my driveway and repair some cracks and patch areas on my driveway where the asphalt had broken away. Midway through the job Anthony told me that he was running low on asphalt and wouldn't be able to patch everything I wanted patched. Huge disappointment when you hire someone and they don't come prepared to do the job they were hired for. Also, Anthony told me that the sealant would fill in the cracks in the driveway and the sealant would look beautiful for at least four years. That turned out to be about a three and a half year miscalculation. The sealant is already coming off in places. I have a hard time believing some of these positive reviews. My experience with this company was nothing but lousy. Steer clear of Anthony and his crew. IMHO, these people are the worst.
Response from Reliable Blacktop Specialists
"We are very sorry for your disappointment. You hired us to do Sealcoating and then let us know in the middle of the job that you wanted some asphalt work to be done patchwork in the middle of the job so of course we was unprepared to do patch repair we told you we can do some of the major repairs with what we have and we did a lot of people expect to have a brand new driveway after Sealcoating. You can?t get a brand new driveway for $500 unfortunately"

Asphalt Paving Repair or Patch
I was given another price AFTER the crew dug-up 80%driveway and it cost me qn additional 2 thousand dollars. The leader of the crew was very friendly and the work did get done as told. But, I have my reservations about telling about the extra money he needs to finish the job. It seems there was a double thickness of asphalt in one section and the bobcat was, like I said, 80 % done with the clearing when he told me the GOOD NEWS! Overall, it looks like a great job was done.
Response from Reliable Blacktop Specialists
"Sorry about the correction of the asphalt, but we didn?t wanna cut any corners. Maybe it cost a little bit more but you got the right job done. Hope you?re happy with it and hope to see you again soon for service maintenance on your driveway?"

Asphalt Sealing
Still haven't received a receipt. Expensive, $650, to just seal.
Response from Reliable Blacktop Specialists
"apologies lyou haven?t received an invoice yet because you keep giving us the wrong email second of all 1100 ft.² of asphalt that?s never been sealed would probably run you right around $975 right about under 1000 so all apologies to you for your dissatisfaction"
