Israel was the guy that came to clean my carpets from Reliable Carpet Cleaning and he was great. He was very nice and he did a great job on our rugs. He also tried to help me get the red pen off our white leather sofa, thanks to my son.. I didn't even ask he just came over and helped. Firstly, they were prompt-- I had scarcely finished the input on the Home Advisor Site when I was contacted. This is a father son team- they work well together and were so courteous and professional. They honored my home and did a great job! I would recommend them and use them again.

The young man from Reliable Carpet Cleaning called me back in less than five minutes after I submitted my HomeAdvisor work-order, it was about 9:00 p.m. when I put in my work-order, and I knew Reliable Carpet Cleaning would be calling me because of a review I had read in HomeAdvisor. Their schedule on the internet showed that it was a one day wait for service, but after speaking to Reliable Carpet Cleaning about the job I needed done, they were able to work me into their schedule for the next day. Reliable Carpet Cleaning arrived at the scheduled time and after assessing the work I needed we agreed on the price for the job. The price was extremely fair and easy on my budget, the price was right in line with my Internet research on carpet cleaning prices. Reliable Carpet Cleaning explained what they were going to do and got to work, soon enough my three rooms and hall carpet were clean and fresh smelling. Reliable Carpet Cleaning advised me that if any unforeseen circumstances arose to give them a call and they would make it right.
