One Time Interior House Cleaning
$200
We were able o afford a house cleaning from time to time. Maria fe,lt justified in charging us $200 for only 3.5 hours of work - and that was for her only, no helper - because we could not commit to a schedule of every 2 weeks. she did not clean everything we asked her to clean and it was only an average job on what she did clean. She took our money and then left after only a couple of hours leaving me feel taken advantage of.

My experience with Maria was mixed. She did work for me on two occasions that were very acceptable - so much that I wanted her to come back for a third time following a five week absence from my home. The response in my opinion was very unprofessional. First she did not recognize who I was as a previous customer and second she appeared to not be interested in my job at all. When I find a cleaning service I am happy with I prefer to continue with them but Maria basically did not provide that option for me. Our conversation was left with the response, "If I have a cancellation I will consider doing work for you." I did actually refer the president of our HOA to Maria but I now feel I must rescind that recommendation based on her recent behavior.
