Mark did a great job on tuck pointing the brick on our home. We had cracked bricks that he removed and replaced. I can not tell where they were replaced as it looks so good. My home looks so good. Reliable Ent did quality work and did the most for the money when compared with the other estimates I recieived. They were very reasonably priced. In fact they finished the job a little earlier in the day than they thought they would finish it and deducted some money off the final bill! I call that honest and good service!! I would highly recommend them and I am very happy with the finished job!

Had a great experience with Mark and Rick. Mark responded the day I put in a request. We met that afternoon and I had his quote the next day. The work began a few days after I accepted the quote. Rick came and worked effectively and patiently - he was replacing individual bricks that had broken or flaked on our house sides. When he finished, the new brick and mortar blended almost seamlessly with the older brick. A person would have to really look to notice the difference. I will call upon Reliable anytime I need brick work done.

The work done was very good quality. They respected my time and communicated possible problems they found along the way. They repaired some things that were not a part of the original estimate for the same price and were friendly. They cleaned up all of their mess and returned everything as they had found it before leaving!

All went pretty well. It was messier than I thought it would be - lots of dust. My only complaint was that the contractor was to let me know if they would be working on Saturday. He did not call. However, they finished earlier than orginally stated.

Mark at Reliable was very easy to work with. He worked with my structural engineer to ensure the foundation (stem wall) was repaired to his specifications, including verbal discussions and a face to face meeting at the work site during repair. Mark also kept a very clean work site and cleaned up everything when the left. His price was slightly less than estimated, but I am told it was a little high for the project. I can't complain, as the work was top notch, and I had a tight time-frame. I would definitely recommend him for any brick work.

My project was small, and had to pay the minimum charge, I understood that before they started, but had to have it done petty quick. That is the only reason for the lower score on value.

Mark and his crew arrived on time and finished quickly. The quality of their work was good and when the job went faster than they expected, Mark lowered the over all project charge making me very happy.
