I was told I needed a basket and a new o ring and he would be back next week with it. Never showed up or called. I called three times and finally someone answered only to tell me I didn't have enough information on my pump and they couldn't order the items because they didn't have enough information and they would have to pay shipping on something that wouldn't be right. They left me hanging without telling me what the problem was in obtaining the correct parts. My pool is working but I was told I couldn't vacuum because something might break. I paid 95 $ and this is what I got.. a half job and no call back to tell me they didn't intend to finish the job. Would not recommend them to anyone!

"I'm very sorry you are dissatisfied. I can appreciate that you are disappointed, but your description of what happened is a little warped. The $95 covered Greg determining your issue, which he did successfully, and he got your equipment running properly. It was not running properly before he got there. However, in order for it to remain running properly, you needed a couple parts for your pump. We DID call and we asked you for the date the original pump was installed, which you could not provide. We asked you for it 2-3 times. Your specific pump has been discontinued, suppliers don't carry parts for them anymore, and there is no way to find the parts online without the actual manufacture/install date. Since you could not provide the date, we did recommend that you replace your very old, antiquated pump (from the sound of it, it's somewhere between 20-30 years old) with a newer one that you would have no problem getting parts for and you declined. You're expecting the impossible from us. I'm sure Home Advisor members can see by our other reviews, that we are a reliable, caring and extremely competent company."

Reliable responded quickly to our need, diagnosed the problem as a faulty switch (we anticipated having to replace the heat pump), and had us back in business before our Thanksgiving guests arrived. They were very professional and responsive. As the company representative was measuring for the railing installation, I mentioned I would need to find a leak detecting company as the level in the pool kept dropping. The representative checked around the pool and found a large crack in the skimmer. He fixed that (no charge) at the same time he installed the railing. Really nice job.
