The 2 man installation crew did a great job. They checked with me when they encountered some unknown ledge. Suggested a work around and were very pleasant. Showed up early, got it done in one day.

We were very pleased with our vinyl fence installation in our backyard and side of house. The installers did a very good job and we have a lot of ledge in our yard. The fence was up in two days time with gate following a few days later. Would definitely recommence Reliable.

Reasons I didnâ t give 5 stars all across was that the wait time to get the fence in seemed extremely long (2 months from order to install), people who installed only worked 4 hours one day (came at 9 am left for hour at 11 am and ended day at 2 pm) then worked 2 hours the next day leaving quite a mess in the yard overnight. That said, the result of the work was great, the people were friendly and we were generally happy with the work. While not the cheapest bid we got, we feel the end result was worth it. Their sales rep who came out to assess the work was great. Had very helpful ideas about what we could do to achieve our goals. I would use them again, even with the wait time.

There were a few glitches along the way but Josh, the manager, was so easy to work with and assured me all would be exactly as we needed it to be. Reliable sent two guys to do the work, Danny and Curley. They were so nice and willing to make any changes needed. Overall, a great experience and I really would recommend them to anyone. Again, not because everything went perfectly, but because of how professional they all were and how quickly all that went wrong was corrected. They have a really great team at Reliable. We have a 2nd portion of our project that we have planned for the Spring. Iâ m scheduling with Reliable again for sure.

The entire team at Reliable Fence was great to work with! They were very clear about lead times and delivered according to timelines set at the beginning of the project. Mike was able to help me sort out some of the finer details of fence design and I had a final quote on the same day as the project consultation. I was appropriately updated by Sean and other office staff regarding installation logistics (i.e. Dig Safe) and install date. Ricardo and Enrique did an AMAZING job with the fence installation!!! Very professional/friendly, expeditious but very clean! One of my neighbors actually said that our yard was now â the envy of the neighborhoodâ ! Thanks so much Reliable

Mike T. provided us with an estimate for replacement of our fence. There was some confusion about the type of fence we ordered and the final cost, but we were able to clarify that. Junior and his co-worker arrived at approximately 10:15 AM and stayed until the job was complete, approximately 8:30 PM. They were organized, efficient, professional, friendly and willing to answer all the questions we had throughout the day about the installation. We have never seen 2 people work so hard and we hope that our satisfaction is conveyed to both of these men.
