Very professional, on time!

Very nice person, explained what he was doing but once dried and moved furniture back. I noticed a lot of missed spots. He did save me a lot of time, though, as it took me 3 days to do one room.

They did an excellent job! Done in 4 days! Fixed our mistakes! They look like a brand new floor. Best price compared to the other estimates we gotten!

Good work

Geiver and his crew did a fantastic job. The original floors he refurbished on my 1920's home have probably never looked this good. While there was a little hiccup in scheduling, once they showed up and got to work they completely knocked it out of the park; I'll definitely be using them when it's time to re-do the rest of the house.

Ceramic tile is not their thing. Tiles are not square. You can get dizzy looking at them. Woodwork finish work was poorly done. Cut around the drain in the laundry room has a half inch gap between the tile and the drain. Although I paid them, I thought I could get someone else to repair it. No one will touch it. I have contacted the owner and expressed my dissatisfaction, but have not yet heard of a plan to resolve it. I'll submit another review if the issue is resolved.

Do not hire. Did a terrible job--cabinets, wall, dishwasher were dinged; woodwork was badly damaged and not repaired; bad cuts were left and finished; contract concerning base shoe was not followed; cracks and seams were not filled; finish is uneven and bumpy with circular sanding marks evident.

Very polite, trustworthy and fair. Did sanding of wood floors as well as repair of wood floor in 2 areas. Applied stain and poly finish. Job well done. Also laid carpet in another area of the home. Dust control could have been a little better as I did have to wipe some sanding dust from walls and baseboards. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Arrived as scheduled. Polite, honest discussion about floor repair/refinishing and imperfections that would not be fixed without replacement. Many helpful suggestions. Work began on time; worked steadily, always polite. Dust control was great, and we only had to "bunk out" one night when rain impeded ventilating freshly applied sealer. Refinished floor looks wonderful, hard to believe that much of 75+ years' damage is gone.

Customer service was very good - quality of work was good.

This was the best experience I have ever had with home repair that I hired. These guys are great!

When they went to put back the refrigerator the line to the ice maker was leaking. The line was on for over ten years. I guess the washer was dry up an once it was taken off it would no longer seal. They went out and bought a new line and installed it

He was personable. very concerned what I wanted done. he followed through completely. Gave great suggestions. and offered to do more than he came out to do. very courteous, cleaned up after themselves. moved furniture. they were really good! Very trustworthy!!

Geiver just finished refinishing our wood floor in the master bedroom. He did a beautiful job and I will definitely use him again when we tackle the other floors in the house. He is punctual- comes when he says he is coming. He was also courteous, polite and cleaned up after the job was finished.

They did excellent work. They started 2 days late because of a job that was delayed due to no electricity but I was very satisfied for the work and would hire them again. The price was excellent for the number of hours they put in on this job

Reliable floors was busy, but dependable. I left them a key to my house, they did the work and locked up when finished. When I saw the floors, I was blown away! They undercut the competition and did an awesome job.. I would use again in a New York Minute!!!!!!

Geiver did an excellent job on our hardwood floors! Being first time home buyers, we wanted to make sure that we found a greatly recommended person to refinish our floors. In all, he finished about 690 sq feet in 3 days. His pricing was fair and most likely less than a major company would have charged. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question and concern to the fullest extent. I worked with Geiver on the pricing and walk through. He had not met my husband, so when my husband stopped by the house to check up on the progress, Geiver, not knowing that he was my husband was quick to stop him from entering the house. Geiver respected and protected our personal property while we were away, albeit from the homeowner- unknowingly!! He was a great worker and very kind! We are thrilled with the quality of work and cannot wait to be fully moved in so we can finally relax and enjoy our new home!

The floors looked better than I even imagined they would be. I would recommend them to anyone who is refinishing wood floors.
