THEIR PROMPTNESS WAS A BIG THING FOR ME.THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE AT 8:00 am during the duration of the project. They were very neat. Our floors are beautiful in lieu of fact that they were destroyed by a water leak from a shower years ago. Beware of having carpet in your house.

Reliable lives up to their name by arriving on time and performing quality work. They were also very efficient and careful moving our furniture, We had one small issue with matching the color of a strip of wood on a threshold to the other flooring. Reliable came the very next day and fixed the color match even though they had been paid in full,

I hired this company to fix a small area of damage to my floor. It took the technician 20 minutes to complete the repair at a cost of $525. The technician did not speak English, and was not able to communicate with me. If the company did not want to perform a small job, they should have recommended another company instead of charging such a high minimum service fee.
