I called on Saturday to have my garage door repaired. They came the same day. Cost me $754. After the tech left the door was not closing. I called and the office and they setup another appointment to come back. I called them later that day and said let?s watch it for a couple days. Well it?s still not closing. I called today and they said they could get our next Thursday, so 1 week. I said that?s not going to work. I?m not going to go in my front door to open the garage so I can get my vehicle in. I?m not doing this for a week. My problem is they had no problem coming to my house the same day and charged me $754. Now it?s going to take a week to come fix my problem. This is unexceptabke. I?ve used Reliable garage before but this will be my last time. This isn?t the way to handle customers. I totally understand if the original call they said they can?t get out for a week but that?s not what happened. Think twice before you use this company.

Ian from Reliable Garage came out to repair a broken spring on a garage door I had purchased from Reliable 10 yrs ago. Not only did he repair the spring but also rebuilt the mount for the opener and realigned the door on the tracks. He was awesome to take this initiative without cost. Truly an example of customer service. Kudos to Ian and Reliable garage

The door was installed in 2016 and we added the lifetime warranty. The spring broke in December of 2023 and the springs and cables were replaced in less then 24 hours and were all covered under warranty. Great service and the new springs and cables have life time warranty again.

I am a very critical person when it comes to businesses and the services they offer. Having said that, I am pleased to say that Reliable Garage Door is one of the best, if not the best, I've ever worked with. I contacted many garage door companies and Reliable was by far the most knowledgeable and helpful. My initial contact was with Sue who proved to be as knowledgeable as the others I worked with at Reliable and made sure I was comparing apples to apples when it came to selecting the proper door with the proper "wind loading" which none of the other companies mentioned and if I asked about it, it was an extra cost item even though it is required by code. My next contact was with Jake who did the measurements and "sealed the deal" with me. Jake was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My last contact was with Andrew, my installer. He did a great job and explained everything he was doing. Lastly, all of this great service came with a price that beat all of the other companies I contacted. I highly recommend Reliable Garage Door to anyone looking for any type of garage door service.

Needed my Garage Door and opener replaced. Contacted 5-6 Companies, Reliable returned my call on a Sunday afternoon within an hour. Sales Rep Jake, was flexible, with my schedule and very knowledgeable. Lead time for some companies was 2-3 months, Reliable was able to complete the job in a couple of weeks. John and Cody arrived in the work window and did a great job of installing and clean up. John then gave me an overview of the details of the garage door and opener operations. I was surprised and pleased that there is a FREE Yearly Inspection. Great News. After 1 week the door is performing perfectly and I have had several neighbors ask about the door and who did the job. John left me plenty of business cards

I had a spring break on my door. Mike came out and was thorough and professional. He gave me different price options for the repair and explained each one of them. James came out, fixed the garage door opener and a few other things that needed repair. Garage door now works better than before and is much quieter.

Had a broken spring on a weekend. It wasn t an emergency, but Greg showed up on Sunday afternoon,clearly explaining my options and proceeded to do the repairs. Will call them again if needed.
