We hired Austin Renovation Corp to repair our home outdoor Deck.Tyerone and his team did an amazing job, they replaced all the damaged wood railings for trex railings and Tyerone was Kind enough to save me money on the project by letting me know that my deck floor that is composite was still good enough to not replace it. He reinforced the floor replaced bolts and metal brackets, he had someone power washed the floor and painted it. He also installed a new hard top gazebo that I had ordered. My wife and I are very pleased with the job done. Tyerone was very professional and reliable. Looking forward to next project.

I am very pleased with the work Austin Renovations preformed. I was kept informed of any issues that were found (additional wood rot to substructure), doing work and a remedy was found quickly and addressed. The work crew was professional and polite.

I honestly tried my best to hold off on saying anything about this man and his work ethics, but I think it?s time for me to speak out. He came to my house approximately the Second week of April? yes APRIL 2023. Promised me everything would be done to my satisfaction. Basically replacing the roof of my small back porch or- sunroom. He did Fix the header above the door, painted inside the small sunroom and removed my existing clear roof. He was to order a custom acrylic panal for our sunroom and that?s when it went downhill. Oh by the way he pressured me to pay him right away?. Which unfortunately we did before the work was done $11,160 . Yes I did ugh?. Plus I gave him an additional $$ for the price of the custom acrylic - which he checked on his phone and showed me the cost of it so I gave him a credit card payment for that amount. Thank God my Credit Card was able to reimburse me for that. So back to the installation of my roof. On May 15,2023 at 10:36am he texted me that in 14 days the roof would arrive for installation. And then silence? He did not reach out to me at all. I texted him in June 6, 2023 ? he just gave me excuses . On June 14th he then again texted me ..the roof was arriving next Saturday . Long story short it?s 10/18/2023 and still nothing. I just hired someone else to finish and fix the mess he left. And yes I am looking to get a lawyer to sue this man . The work that he actually did was NOT $11,160. And it gets better?. He took out from me an additional $1000 to paint 1 wall. Yes you read that right ? 1 wall. Am I pissed off ?? Yes I AM!! He took advantage of us. Please think twice before you hire this company Austin Renovations. corp.

Excellent character, job, repair and very modern n fancy works, great ideas, always on time and time consuming... They're so very much easy to work with, and great pricing on jobs. I would surely recommend this company to home builders, renovatiors and contractors .
