I honestly tried my best to hold off on saying anything about this man and his work ethics, but I think it?s time for me to speak out. He came to my house approximately the Second week of April? yes APRIL 2023. Promised me everything would be done to my satisfaction. Basically replacing the roof of my small back porch or- sunroom. He did Fix the header above the door, painted inside the small sunroom and removed my existing clear roof. He was to order a custom acrylic panal for our sunroom and that?s when it went downhill. Oh by the way he pressured me to pay him right away?. Which unfortunately we did before the work was done $11,160 . Yes I did ugh?. Plus I gave him an additional $$ for the price of the custom acrylic - which he checked on his phone and showed me the cost of it so I gave him a credit card payment for that amount. Thank God my Credit Card was able to reimburse me for that. So back to the installation of my roof. On May 15,2023 at 10:36am he texted me that in 14 days the roof would arrive for installation. And then silence? He did not reach out to me at all. I texted him in June 6, 2023 ? he just gave me excuses . On June 14th he then again texted me ..the roof was arriving next Saturday . Long story short it?s 10/18/2023 and still nothing. I just hired someone else to finish and fix the mess he left. And yes I am looking to get a lawyer to sue this man . The work that he actually did was NOT $11,160. And it gets better?. He took out from me an additional $1000 to paint 1 wall. Yes you read that right ? 1 wall. Am I pissed off ?? Yes I AM!! He took advantage of us. Please think twice before you hire this company Austin Renovations. corp.

Do not let Tyrone in your home !! We hired Tyrone to remodel our kitchen he exploited us. Gave us a quote and at every turn gave us a change order for work that HAD to be done he removed electrical I did not ask him to do then mandated he do the job at a ridiculous cost. He installed our upper cabinets incorrectly, we could not open or use the door touching the wall. When approached he said it was not his fault. Had to have another contractor fix his mess. Made a hole in my kitchen island because he did not measure properly where the outlet goes. Messy electrical messy plumbing. xxxx xxxxxx xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx x xxxxxx. Paid him 6k in labor work for an unfinished kitchen. Xxxxxxxx xxxxxx xxxxxx xxxx xx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxx xx xxxx xx xx xxxxxxx. Received his check and it bounced. Xxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxx xxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxx. xx xxx xx xxxx xxx xxxxxxxx xx xxxxxx xxxx xx xxxxxx xxxxxx xx xxx xxxx. Save yourself the headache !! Completely unprofessional, quality of work is poor and his rates are astronomical.

This man is unreliable and dishonest because he took my money and he told me you can take me to court if you want to when I called him and asked for my money in this circumstances in country with the pandemic he took my money $1250 till this day you think he will come to his senses and give me my money
