I hired them to clean out fireplace, They did good job, so I asked them if they could clean the grill of my and the exhaust area. He had to order two parts for light and fan, We told him to order them and now it has been a month now and it is not complete. He took our parts to order and now he is not coming back or returning our calls.

The name Reliable Home Improvement is an oxymoron. These guys are a fraud and the most unreliable business I have ever dealt with in 30 years of owning a home. They took a deposit for materials to be fabricated, after 5 canceled appointments they came on a Sunday for one hour to do some demo, said they were going to lunch, and never came back. Numerous text messages have gone back and forth to no avail. Please do not use these people. I am now out my deposit, as well as a torn up fireplace worse than when I started the project.

They need to change their name. They are not reliable at all. They were over an hour late and I had to text to see when they would be there. I need to them to come back and their voice mail was full, so I texted them. They would send someone ASAP. Told them I was not home would that be an issue? Never heard back from them. Then sent another text. Did someone stop by my home or not No response. These texts all happened Oct 10 and 11th and not response to my late text which was at 9:45 am on the 11th.
