Gerry arrived at the house a little early and started digging into the outside inspection. He reviewed his scope of work and completed the items as we went through the house testing key systems and pointing out areas that may need attention. Job was completed very close to the timing suggested in the scope process. Seems to have covered all of the items. I would hire him again.

We had a family emergency pop up when Gerry was to inspect the house. Unfortunately I couldn't be there, but regardless Gerry moved forward and got the job done, and was very courteous and understanding. Additionally, we were able to communicate well after the job to discuss the project. I would like to thank Gerry for his patience and professionalism.
