All inspections and reports are scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The home inspection typically ranges from 2 1/2 to 3 hours depending on the homes size and the issues found. I highly recommend and encourage my customers to be present and to follow along as I perform their inspection. This way they have first-hand knowledge of any issues found. The report is typically emailed or mailed to you the same day.
