Actually showed up an hour early. Amazing. Virtuyually never have serv9ices show up on time, and they were eary!

I called and specified that I must have a specific time They said OK and that the first cleaning would be extensive and then decrease. The team arrived with 2 supervisors and then interrogated me on what I wanted to be done. Every time I asked for something (clean fan blades, assure grout clean in the bathroom) it was no that will take too long. The supervisors left and the 3 person crew appeared to be done in 2 hours. Supervisors came back in 45 minutes and I was charged for 2 hrs and 45 minutes. Supervisor than argued about not being able to start when I requested but only much earlier. In the next day, I appreciated the crazy job they did moving ornamental items around and then they damaged an aluminum spice cabinet that we had other cleaners taking care of for 5 years. Thanks a lot. Never use these folks.

These ladies were wonderful! They really worked hard and were very thorough.

There service was outstanding although they are a bit pricey.

I hired this company for my last house I was just in. They were absolutely fabulous -- I really looked forward to their cleanings because it really freed up time for me to focus on other things. They try their best to accommodate special requests, so don't be afraid to ask for them to clean something special or different.

They gave me an accurate estimate. The two women worked hard the whole time and the house was cleaned well. They even cleaned some very dirty screens and which I was glad for. There were a few spots missed that I had the opportunity to point out, but I didn't want to add additional time, so I didn't.

Just a 1 time cleaNing to get my house on the market some years back. Did the job and sold in a week.

Excellent communication with the supervisor and Cleaning was even done in areas I didn't ask for and I'm very pleased.

Well, they were very accommodating, because my request was last minute. However they were several hours late. The cleaning wasn't as "deep cleaning" as I expected. Maybe my expectations were too high.

Overall good experience, I would recommend this company to others.

If you want excellent service and a great cleaning job, then this is the right company. But they are not cheap. So if you want to pay top dollar for a job well done, these are your guys. My place has never been this clean and you will not be disappointed if you hire this company.

I would have preferred that they did more dusting of bookshelves and deeper cleaning for the nooks and crannies, yet my overall experience was great! Paula is very professional and so are her workers. They came in and got the job done!

We wanted our place thoroughly cleaned before moving in because the previous tenant made a mess of the place. I think the maids thought they were coming into a furnished unit, because they didn't seem prepared to clean an empty place. Was a miscommunication with whomever sent them to our address.

They broke one of my windows and tried to blame me for the breakage. At the time, this was a brand new home and I myself had cleaned each window in my home. They failed to properly lock down the window after cleaning and the window slipped from the fastening and broke. I sent them multiple photos and information about the window so they could replace it and they always claimed that they didn't have enough information to replace the window. Thankfully my neighborhood's developer was kind enough to replace the window. "reliable" house cleaning never replaced it or provided funds to replce the window. I would not recommend this cleaning service to ANYONE.

The work was done very thoroughly and with a smile. Be sure to confirm the amount of time and price in advance of the work being done.

A team of 3 arrived -- one gentleman, two ladies. They did not introduce themselves, and I was not sure what role the gentleman was playing. The language barrier was difficult, resulting in a few suggestions going unanswered. Some "routine services" I am used to from former service providers, e.g., washing and folding the bed linens, were not included. One picture frame was damaged and left in the room for us to find; this was not a big deal, but being told about such occurrences would be helpful. Finally, the two ladies worked very hard, did not socialize, did perform quality cleaning services, and I would welcome them back. My rating on the "value for money" reflects a hefty bill for essentially 2 floors of a 4 floor house; I understand a first cleaning with the company is more expensive, but I cannot judge the ongoing value without knowing what the company would charge for regular services.
