I spent over 6k to have landscaping done in my backyard, including planting large arborvitaes. I asked the owner what he would do if any died (as I heard this can happen) and he assured me that he would replace any but he was very confident that would not happen. We followed instructions and have made sure to water our trees every day all summer. 2 1/2 months later I have one tree dead and another on its way. The owner refuses to replace or do anything for me. He said if it had happened within a month, he would have done something. Funny how there was never a deadline when we discussed this. I plan on having more work done in our yard and I would never use this company again. Non pleasant or accommodating in any way to help.
