Norman is a great guy and very easy to work with. Excellent communication, friendly demeanor, and very knowledgeable. He even offered a discount when I misunderstood an aspect of the overall price. This is a business with integrity and an asset to the community. Oh, and the inspection was excellent too! Norman was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. #1 his prices are reasonable and affordable. #2 he is a pro and will explain everything to you. I had a ton of questions about the complex lead inspection process and necessary procedures and Norman answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. Beyond that, he got the job done efficiently and promptly and I’m on my way to getting my certificate needed for rental license. I highly recommend this company.
