I hired Shannon to mow my yard and my daughter's yard every 2 weeks. That was as often as he could. It's been 2 and a half weeks, no phone call, grass is deep and looks terrible. I know I'm not as important as the people that pay a lot better but I do deserve a phone call. He is not reliable as his company name says.

"We had numerous rains during this period. We went to her property to mow twice and were rained out. Shannon sent text and tried to call several times, couldn't leave message because she doesn't have a voicemail account. We are sorry that we couldn't meet her needs, but we feel we did everything in our power to get her yard cut."

I explain to them there was 1.2 acreas to mow and much clean up . To mow my first time and edge and trim she said $75.00 when they arrived the fee was 125 all they did was mow no edging no trimming they told me they would be back on Friday to continue on on the cleanup and weed trimming at 7 AM at 9 AM I called them got a voicemail left a message then recalled them at 11 AM received a voice message

"According to our records, she was informed we would not be back Friday due to a very rude communication sent by Mary K to Shannon co-owner and crew leader. Her yard was in terrible condition, grass was out of control plus need to be cleaned of debris. She was told prior to mowing that first time would be $125 because of conditions & $75 each time afterwards. We priced cleanup & she Agreed to the price of the cleanup $1400.00, she admitted she did NOT have the total amount for the job and she wanted to pay weekly for job; we told her we would take 1/2 up front and work with her on the remaining balance, which apparently upset her?? We feel we were fair and Professional in dealing with this customer!!"
