The service rep seemed to be training a new person and it took a long time to evaluate our property. So much so my wife had to tell him enough as she had an appointment. Had we known it would take 2 hours we would have scheduled a different day. hard sell and not enough time to evaluate their services lead us to get a second opinion. Not so sure how the rat abatement is working, sticky traps don't seem to have an effect
