I had sewer gases coming up from my basement and Ahmed was able to diagnose and repair the issue. He snaked the sewer drain going toward the street and into my house and discovered a big rootball. He was able to remove it and also reseal the loose sewer cap to prevent gases from coming up. I was lucky to have found the root ball issue before any major backup happened and can now start preventative maintenance.
