I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward

It was very refreshing to see an honest professional take pride in his work when the job was finished he took out all the scrap that was left. He then explained about the system and how it worked. Jerry was and is a life saver..All the other companies, that came before him were just trying to only seek money and did not really care at all about the problem. Reliable plumbing and Heating really sticks by their name, and we now have Reliable Heating and Plumbing to do what ever work needed on our home for the rest of our lives. Reliable is awesome, they came right out and they replaced my hot water tank in 6 hours. Gerry really knows what he is doing. The best licensed plumber ever in my 30 years living here. He explained to me, If the hot water unit is not installed a certain way that it could fail in only a couple of years. Always go with a pro that’s what Reliable is .

Jerry has the plumbing expertise anyone would love to hire . He shows up as expected, in a very timely manner, He works very professionally,, explains the details of his job in a manner that that one can easily understand, very clean & tidy that I did not do any cleaning at all after he completed the job. He is highly skilled in what he was doing which was installing/ replacing my leaking water heater. Above all, he is very kind & respectful with great communication & interpersonal skills.

We had a desperate situation- hot water tank sprung a leak and water was everywhere! Jerry was very understanding- got my info and gave me a very reasonable price. Then he was here- on a Sunday-less than an hour after I called, Drained and removed the old tank and installed the new one! The service was excellent and I have hot water.
