Jim got back to me the next day after I placed an online request for service. They came 2 days later and had my system repaired quickly and efficiently! Great price, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. The only company I will use for my sprinkler needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Repair
This is a father and son operation, that works extremely well. I spoke with Jim Sr. over the phone and Jim Jr. showed up to do the work. Both were friendly and professional. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the price was very resonable. I would not hesitate to do business with them in the future.

So far so good. Jim called promptly after my Home Advisor request. He was very personable and his pricing was good. He showed up on time (actually a little early!), did the work and a few other things that needed repair in the sprinkler system. In addition, he gave me a lesson in setting the new controller. Assuming everything works as stated, I am a satisfied customer.

When we called for an estimate to repair a leak in our underground system, we immediately appreciated Jim's responsiveness and honesty in evaluating the issue. Jim and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with - knowledgable, patient, and straightforward. We hired Reliable Rain for all of our sprinkler maintenance needs moving forward, and would recommend him and his company without reservation.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Reliable Rain - they were efficient and not at all pushy when informing us of additional service options for our sprinkler system. Highly recommend!
